Job Description
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
Provide information about products, services, and promotions to customers.
Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and resolving billing issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and patience.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors for resolution.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Follow company policies and procedures when handling customer inquiries and requests.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including call quality, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Adhere to call center scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards.
