The Executive Director of Mbarali District Council announces the position of Village Executive III.
This position is based on the permit for Alternative Employment from the Secretary General, Office of the President, Public Service Management and Good Governance, with Ref. No. FA.228/613/01/006 dated 07 December 2023.
Thus he wishes to announce and welcome Tanzanians all qualified to apply for those positions as follows;-
GENERAL CONDITIONS
i. All applicants must be Tanzanian Citizens and not more than 45 years of age except for those who are working in the Government.
ii. Applicants with disabilities are encouraged to apply and should specify on the job application system the disability they have for information to the Secretariat of employment in the public service.
iii. All applicants must attach a birth certificate attested by a Lawyer/Attorney.
iv. Applicants who are already Public Servants and have obtained the qualifications to enter a different Cadre than they have, should forward their job application letters to their Employers and the Employers should satisfy themselves accordingly.
v. Applicants should attach a self-sufficient personal information (CV) with reliable addresses and phone numbers as well as the names of three reliable referees.
vi. All applications must be accompanied by professional certificates, information, copies of certificates certified by a Lawyer/Attorney which are certificates of Form four, Form six for those who have reached that level and certificates of various trainings based on the qualifications of the relevant work. “Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of Result” and form IV and VI Result Slips will NOT be accepted.
vii. Applicants who studied outside of Tanzania should ensure that their certificates have been reviewed and verified by the relevant authorities (NECTA, NACTE and TCU).
viii. Applicants retired from the Public Service are not allowed to apply unless they have the Permit of the Chief Secretary.
ix. . Job applicants who are already employed in entry positions in the Public Service should not apply and should consider the information in Circular No. CAC.45/257/01/D/140 dated November 30, 2010.
x. Submitting information on the characteristics of forgery, the parties will be taken appropriate legal action.
xi. The deadline for receiving applications is 16/04/2024.
