Job Description
Controlling – Costing:
Review Material costing to ensure they are in line with the expected TOC
Weekly monitoring of costs (opex & varex) to ensure correctness of costs posted, accurate amortization and spreading of the cost.
Daily MAP monitoring and weekly reporting of finished Products and Raw materials.
Import Product Costing
Export Product Costing
Review supply chain and delivery costing for optimization: Target to control clearing charges and variable costs
Preparation of Monthly Business Review including for Lubricants & GT Sales & Margins results
Computation of the monthly TOC of the LOBP and explain variance vs target
Follow up on the petty cash reimbursement from both Plant and Lubricant warehouse before submitting to Finance
Supply Chain
Review supply chain and delivery costing for optimization: Target to control clearing charges and variable costs
Incentive calculations for Distributors/Resellers and monthly review of the incentive account to ensure correctness of the costs posted.
CAPEX review, monitoring and reporting in collaboration with Project Engineers to ensure commitments and
Liquidations are in line with the BU.
Weekly monitoring and reporting of Sales
Bi-Monthly reporting of department main events and highlights
Any other duty as may be assigned by the Manager.
Candidate profile
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance;
Knowledge of accounting software packages such as SAP is an added advantage
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
