To do this, we are creating an online and offline financial ecosystem with our smartphone app at the Centre.

Our aim is to provide customers with the best choice and value by bringing together merchants and services from across the marketplace and combining them with our own innovative features and incentives. We are focused on driving financial inclusion and are in the process of making our services available to every adult in the countries we operate, regardless of whether they have a bank account, by rolling out a national network of mobile money agents or leveraging third party networks.

PalmPay has been available in Ghana and Nigeria in 2019 and now we are expanding to more African countries. PalmPay has raised strategic investment and support from Transsion Holdings (the holding company of Tecno, Infinix and Itel mobile) and counts Visa, Union Pay as strategic partners.
