Position description:
Duties and Responsibilities
An ideal candidate will perform the following responsibilities
Conduct daily accounting system data entry operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets/ deprecation and general ledger
Stock management and audit
Accounts receivable debtors and follow up for payment
Preparation of monthly stock reconciliation report
Preparation of monthly accounts receivable and payable reports
Perform any task assigned by supervisor
Qualifications and Education
An ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:.
Holder of Diploma in Account or related fields
Ms office and knowledge of accounting software-QuickBooks
Must have experience of two years about Accounts
Location: Arusha, Tanzania
