The fourth grade is a class after the first, second, and third grades in primary education in Tanzania where there are a total of seven classes before joining secondary education. When you reach the fourth grade there is a test exam where students take the test and if a student fails to achieve the required standard of results they are required to repeat fourth grade for another year while those who pass continue to fifth grade
