POST: CATEGORY(S) ACCOUNTING AND AUDITING
EMPLOYER: NATIONAL AUDIT OFFICE (NAOT)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
i. Reviewing documents for expenditure, development, deposits, agencies, funds, special projects and Government revenue;
ii. Participate in preparing and overseeing the implementation of the annual audit work plan;
iii. Participate in evaluating the action plan and proposing changes where necessary based on the evaluation of the action plan implementation report;
iv. Ensuring that arguments and inspection letters are provided and addressed in a timely manner;
V. Participate in the preparation and implementation of the Audit Program;
VI. Participate in planning and coordinating the audit work plan;
VII. Preparing arguments and audit letters; and
VIII. Keep records of various inventory records in his or her facility with the instructions of the workplace leader.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Graduates of a Bachelor of Business / Arts degree in accounting or an Advanced Diploma in Accounting from any government-recognized colleges or institution.
