DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
i. Managing records systems, maintaining and overseeing the use of records of Ministries, Departments
Independent, Archives, Regions, Municipalities, District Councils, National Documents and Organizations
Public Service according to location;
ii. Identifying and searching records in the Registers of Ministries, Regions, Independent Departments, Municipalities, Local Councils Districts and National Archives and Records;
iii. To control the system of computer-generated records, to maintain and monitor its use in the Ministry, Department
Independent, Institutions and Local Governments depending on their location; and
iv. Other duties to be assigned to him by his supervisor.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Employed with a Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Records management and Archives and its equivalent from Government Recognized Colleges. Be computer literate.
