• Master of International Law and Chinese Law
• Master of Electrical Engineering
• Mater of Traffic and Transportation Engineering
• Master of Project Management
• Master of Comparative Education
• Master of Management (Rural Development and Management Studies)
• Master of Development and Governance
• Master of Social Work（Women’s Leadership and Social Development）
• Master Program of Advanced Nursing Practice & Medical Technology in Developing Countries
• Master’s Degree Program in Transportation Engineering（Rail Transportation Equipment）
• Doctoral Program of Theoretical Economics (National DevelopmentMOFCOM Scholarship（CSC Program）

The entire cost of training under this scheme, including the

• return international airfare
• tuition fees, accommodation
• emergency medical treatment
• book allowance
• study tour will be borne by the Government of People’s Republic of China.

APPLICATION ELIGIBILITY

i. Should be a Public Servants, Administrators from state-owned organization, Teachers from Public Schools or Universities,
ii. Be under the age of 40 generally or as specifically required by the University,
iii. Should have 3 years and above working experience in the relevant field,
iv. Have a good command of both spoken and written English,
v. Bachelor Degree holder to apply for Master Program and Master Degree holder to apply for PhD. Program,
vi. Be in a good health both physically and mentally, and
vii. The application forms should be typed (typewritten).

APPLICATION MATERIALS REQUIRED/SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS:

i. Complete Foreigners application form of University which is provided in respective enrolment brochure,
ii. Permission from the applicant’s Employer,
iii. Graduation Certificate,
iv. Academic Transcript,
v. An Employer’s letter describing applicant’s Good Conduct and performance,
vi. Personal Statement signed by the applicant with a least 1000 English words,
vii. Two recommendation letters from the applicant’s Employer or Professor with signature and seal,
viii. A photocopy of a Passport,

ix. Physical Examination form filled completely signed by the doctor and sealed by the hospital, with comprehensive blood test report and x-ray chest report,
x. Chinese Scholarship application form, and
xi. Curriculum Vitae in English.
