Kibondo District Council was established in 1983 following Act No.7 (Local Government Authorities) of 1982.
This is one of the 8 Councils that make up the Kigoma Region. The Council had previously housed refugees from Congo and Burundi during the war.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
All applicants must be Citizens of Tanzania with an age not above 45 years of age except for those who are in Public Service;
